What images keep you company in the space where you work?

Hieronymus Bosch, Martin Luther King Jr. and Elvis.

What was the first piece of art  that really mattered to you? 

Francis Bacon’s paintings, which I saw in 1966 at Marlborough Gallery in New York.

If you could live with only one piece of art what would it be?

What do you wish you knew?

What is your favourite title of an  artwork?

Right now, I guess it’s: I was a teenage insect.

What should change?

Iron into gold.

What should stay the same?

Gold.

What could you imagine doing if you didn’t do what you do? 

Surgery.

What music are you listening to? 

Georgian polyphonic music.

What are you reading?

Emails.

What do you like the look of? 

Organic phenomena.
