Frieze Masters Talks provides a platform for leading artists, museum curators, writers and critics to discuss the history of art and its continuing significance in contemporary practice.
To commemorate the centenary of women’s suffrage in the UK and the seventh edition of Frieze Masters Magazine, which is themed around the achievements of women in art history, this year we will be hosting a programme of all-women speakers. This series features conversations between artists and curators, as well as discussions on subjects including the role of contemporary art in historical museums.
Frieze Masters Talks is curated by Tim Marlow (Artistic Director, Royal Academy of Arts). Talks are free and seats can be reserved from 11am on the day of each talk at the auditorium.
