Dehumidified water drops into discarded water bottles
With Condensation, Tue Greenfort excavates a chamber between gallery stands for an installation that is both a space to relax in, and a distillation of the essence of visitors to the fair. A darkened room filled with the sound of waves also contains dehumidification equipment, imperceptibly extracting moisture from unsuspecting visitors into a succession of discarded water bottles, while the sound of waves crashing on the Italian coast plays. The project highlights the fair's part in the the circulation of water inherent in the global ecology.
