For the fifth consecutive year, internationally renowned Petersham Nurseries will recreate the magic of their restaurants in Richmond and Covent Garden, as they host an a-la-carte restaurant at this year’s fair.  Showcasing a special menu that celebrates the finest quality seasonal ingredients including: ‘Crudo of bream with green tomatoes & chilli, fennel, orange and nasturtiums, Roast Haye Farm loin of lamb with lentils, garden chard and mint and Spiced pear and almond crostata, cinnamon & vanilla crème fraiche ”. Downstairs at Frieze London, Petersham Nurseries will serve a handpicked selection of wine from Petersham Cellar together with a deli style take away menu.
