Founded by Ales Ortuzar in 2018, Ortuzar is a gallery in Tribeca dedicated to promoting international artists who have played critical roles in the 20th and 21st-century art-historical canon but have not received recent exposure in the United States. Ortuzar presents exhibitions in collaboration with artists, estates, foundations, and representing galleries, with the goal of providing expanded visibility and fostering renewed interest in artists' work.
