Clare Lilley (Head of Programme, Yorkshire Sculpture Park) explores her selection of major outdoor work, on display in London's The Regent's Park during the summer of 2017. The 'largest exhibition we've done' - involving 90 tonnes of soil and 50 tonnes of concrete foundations - Frieze Sculpture 2017 comprises 25 new and significant works by leading global 20th-century and contemporary artists, presented by leading galleries. Ranging from the playful to the canonical, sculptures be the likes of Magdalena Abakanowicz, Rasheed Araeen, Urs Fischer, KAWS, Alicja Kwade, Michael Craig-Martin, Ugo Rondinone, and Sarah Sze are on view free to all visitors.
