Presented with ForYourArt to mark the launch of Frieze Los Angeles, the free L.A. Walk of Art on Saturday, February 16, involves twelve self-guided routes across the city, exploring neighborhoods of galleries and museums as well as places to eat and shop. Join the L.A. ROUTE 1: Highland Ave. & Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood
A ten-stop walking tour through one of L.A.’s newer and most concentrated clusters of galleries and non-profits.

ROUTE 2: Hollywood Blvd. & Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood
Four walkable stops showcasing a variety of L.A. architectures repurposed for art—from a glamorous Spanish-style hotel to a quintessential strip mall storefront.

ROUTE 3: From WeHo into Beverly Hills
A nine-stop driving tour with visits to design and architecture spaces in addition to art.

ROUTE 4: Koreatown & MacArthur Park
Five younger spaces around one of the densest sections of L.A.

ROUTE 5: From the East Side & beyond
A long, ten-stop trip traversing several neighborhoods on the East Side of L.A. (between Hollywood and DTLA) and reaching around to Pasadena and Alhambra.

ROUTE 6: From Chinatown to DTLA
Nine drivable stops that begin with artist-run spaces in and around Chinatown, and lead to the museums of L.A.’s urban center.

A driving tour with eight stops, including new destinations like Hauser and Wirth and ICA LA.

ROUTE 8: Further south and by Exposition Park
Eight stops accessible by car, with a mix of newer and more established galleries, terminating at the California African American Museum.

A part-walkable, nine-stop journey stopping at museums and galleries new and established.

Eight stops that include burgeoning Washington Blvd. and Art + Practice in Leimert Park.

Eight stops—many walkable—around one of L.A.’s best known gallery districts.

ROUTE 12: The beach, the valley, and in between
A long haul that begins with galleries in Venice and hits the Hammer and Fowler in Westwood, plus CSUN in the Valley.

Santa Monica: ART + BRUNCH, 20+ galleries open their doors for brunch and exhibitions, Bergamot Station Arts Center (10am-12pm)
Venice: Amanda Ross-Ho & Mark Verabioff performance at Team (bungalow) at 1pm
Culver City: Farrah Karapetian performance at Von Lintel Gallery
West Hollywood: West Hollywood Design District invites you to Melrose Block Party (12-5pm), and Shelter or Playground: ​The House of Dust​ at The Schindler House: Performances and dances at MAK Center for Art and Architecture (2-6.30pm)
Hollywood: Lisa Anne Auerbach walkthrough at GAVLAK Los Angeles
Downtown: Brutally Early Club with Klaus Biesenbach and Hans Ulrich Obrist, 7am breakfast at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, followed by Korakrit Arunanondchai, Lauren Halsey and Luchita Hurtado in conversation with Klaus Biesenbach and Hans Ulrich Obrist (9.30am-12.30pm) & Metro Art Presents: All Visual LA, at 8.30pm at Union Station Historic Ticketing Hall
