Frieze 91 members are invited to an exclusive studio visit with Tomokazu Matsuyama. Known for his vibrant works that blend Eastern and Western influences, Matsuyama’s art explores themes of identity, globalization, and pop culture through a dynamic, multicultural lens. During this intimate event, Matsuyama will offer insights into the creative process of his large-scale, high-energy paintings and sculptures.
The evening will also feature a special presentation by Ikebana Master Kan Asakura, who will showcase the traditional Japanese art of floral arrangement. Champagne will be provided, courtesy of Ruinart.
