Giorgio and Plaxy Locatelli from Locanda Locatelli create a Cranberry Margarita
Locanda Locatelli has participated as a partner restaurant to Frieze Masters every year since the inception of the fair.
Ingredients List:
200 ml Cranberry Juice
50 ml Triple Sec
50 ml Lime Juice
Juice of 1 Orange
80 ml Maestro Dobel Tequila (2 shots)
Salt
Method:
Brush margarita glass rim with orange juice
Dip brushed glass rims in salt
Mix all other ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake for a few seconds
Pour into glasses with salt rim through a strainer
