Since 2004, Ayara Thai has been a mainstay of LA's Westchester neighborhood and is currently mastheaded by the original owners' daughters, Chef Vanda and Chef Cathy Asapahu. With family recipes and cooking styles passed down through generations, the Asapahu family prides itself on offering a taste of Thai cuisine without ever compromising on quality. Each dish is prepared from scratch using the freshest local ingredients, individually enhanced with herbs and spices to ensure bold and genuine flavors. Their innovation and exceptional dining experience earned them a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019.
