Inspired by the street food markets and xiao chi houses of Taiwan, BAO specialises in ‘xiao chi’ small snacks and ‘bao’ steamed milked buns, each individually made to a secret recipe that has taken us years to perfect. We’ll have all the BAO classics this year at Frieze, from our Taiwanese Fried Chicken and Classic BAO to sweet treats such as our iconic Salted Egg Custard Sad Face BAO.
