Jason Kraft from Roberta’s creates an A$AP Julio cocktail

Ingredients list:
2 oz habanero-infused Dobel Tequila
.75 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
1.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz lime juice
.25 oz vanilla vinegar
Method:
Add all ingredients to your shaker tin with ice
Shake for 15-20 seconds
Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass
Garnish with pineapple leaf or wedge of pineapple
The creation of Brandon Hoy and Carlo Mirarchi, Roberta’s has become a neighbourhood institution since its opening in January of 2008. An international culinary destination and an incubator for progressive entrepreneurship, over the last 10 years, Roberta’s has developed into a multi-faceted compound with communal seating, private tables and a sun-soaked atrium.
