Key Accountabilities:
• Manage the team schedules and workflows
• Work together with the Creative Producers to establish timelines and production schedules for all
Frieze Studios projects
• Work together with the Creative Producers to monitor budgets and advise on potential cost savings
• Maintain a database of freelance staff, venues and suppliers, including technicians, AV
• equipment
• Assist the Head of Branded Content and Studios in the recruitment process of temporary staff
• Liaise with legal on contracts and agreements for non-profit partners, as well as curators, commissioned artists and other talent working on Frieze Studios projects
• Primary liaison with long standing partners that develop multiple projects across all Frieze fairs, with a special focus on Asia
• Represent Frieze Studios in face to face and online meetings with key sponsors
Required Qualifications:
• Experience within a related environment such as a commercial gallery, museum, international art fair or publication
• A knowledge and understanding of the contemporary art world
• Demonstrable experience of successfully managing and producing creative projects in direct liaison with artists and multiple stakeholders
• Experience delivering complex and ambitious projects, both at physical events and digitally
• Proficient in English and Korean, spoken and written
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Highly organised, exceptional communication and writing skills and an ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Proven ability to implement projects with little to no supervision
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Proficient in English and Korean, spoken and written
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Basic understanding of InDesign
• Understanding of company identity and branding strategy
• Digitally literate
• A good understanding of CMS system
Working Conditions
• This is a permanent position.
• The location is Surrey Street London.
• Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
