Job Title: VIP Inbox and Admin Assistant (Korea)

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly organised and proactive VIP Inbox Assistant to join our remote team.
This role is ideal for individuals who, have excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple inboxes efficiently, and trouble shoot effectively. An interest in the art world is desired but not mandatory.
As the first point of contact for inquiries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for VIPs, institutions, exhibitors, and art professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first responder to inquiries via email.
- Troubleshoot pass and account issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Process pass requests and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support assisting with list reviews and database management.
- Collaborate with other team members across different time zones to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to VIPs, institutions, and exhibitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone in Korean and English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inboxes efficiently.
- Experience with customer service, email management, or administrative support roles.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data.
- Tech-savvy with experience using various platforms and software.
