The event, presented by LG, featured a performance and immersive installations by New York artist LaJuné McMillian, while Ayoung Kim received the 2025 LG Guggenheim Award

The Geneva-based artivist worked with LG OLED to present his touring work Borealis at Seoul’s Dongdaemun Design Plaza 

The paintings of the ‘father of Korean contemporary art’ have been reinterpreted as digital artworks in a special exhibition presented by LG OLED at Frieze Seoul

The fair will come back to COEX in September, featuring more than 120 international galleries plus specially curated sections highlighting emerging and historical artists
