With the support of CHANEL, Frieze presents ‘NOW & NEXT’, a video series that connects today’s leading Korean artists with the next generation of rising stars.
Each episode sees an established figure select an emerging artist they admire for an open exchange about their practices, inspirations and culture in Korea right now.
NOW & NEXT is inspired by the spirit of Gabrielle Chanel, founder of CHANEL, who said: Je veux être de ce qui va arrive — ‘I want to be part of what happens next’
The third series of NOW & NEXT launched with an in-person conversation between artist NOW artist Ayoung Kim and NEXT artist Youngzoo Im, moderated by curator Yoon Juli Yuli.
