Part of the Townsend Supper series, alongside head chef Joe Fox, this exclusive one-night takeover will also showcase the talents Manteca’s Chris Leach who will join Gabriel to explore the boundaries of Italian and modern American cuisine. From seasonal floral arrangement to new menus inspired by Haye Farm’s autumnal produce and winter truffles, celebrate the Harvest Festival at The Petersham Nurseries in Richmond. This autumn's menu includes starters such as Duck egg with Hen of the Woods Mushroom, Bruschetta and Bone Barrow, Heritage Beetroots and Squash from Haye Farm, and Fig Leaf Pannacotta with Rosemary Jelly.
After 3 year of hosting a pop-up restaurant at Frieze London, this year Moro celebrates Frieze Week with a special menu for their location on Exmouth Market.
