Hendrik Folkerts is an art historian and curator. Following previous curatorial positions at Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and documenta 14, Kassel, Germany, and Athens, Greece, he now works as the Dittmer Curator of Contemporary Art at the Art Institute of Chicago, USA.
