Getting there
Frieze Los Angeles 2023 takes place at the Santa Monica Airport. The new location will be in the Southeast corner of the airfield and take place across multiple sites including the Barker Hangar. The zip Code is: 90405 (Google Maps)
Parking
Due to the limited number of parking spaces available, we recommend using transit, taxi or a rideshare service, such as Alto, Uber, or Lyft to get to the fair.
Compliments of Alto, you can enjoy $15 off 2 rides to and from the fair with code VIPFRIEZE23 under Profile > Promotions to receive $15 off 2 rides.
Offer available to everyone (including non-members).
You can also choose to try 14 days of free Membership to unlock booking access during busy Members-only hours along with other perks and savings.

An extremely limited number of car park tickets for parking near the fair are available to buy as an add-on option when booking your VIP pass. Car park tickets allow entry to the car park from 30 minutes before the entry time stated on your admission ticket or pass and no later than the entry time stated on your admission ticket or pass. Visitors who have not purchased a car park ticket online in advance will not be authorized to park near the fair.

COVID-19 Guidelines
Los Angeles County has eased COVID-19 restrictions and therefore no masks, proof of vaccination status or negative test results are required to enter the fair. As COVID-19 is still with us, we encourage visitors to take steps to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19 including optional steps such as wearing a face mask within the venue.
How do I reserve my time slot to enter the Fair?
Please follow the link on your VIP invitation (under Your Fair Invitations section) in your dashboard/MY ACCOUNT to secure a booking for your entry time slot.
How do I download my digital invitation / digital VIP invitation?
Digital invitations will be available to access from your Frieze account dashboard. You can also access your invitation any time via the Frieze App, which can be downloaded here. Once it’s installed, simply log in with your credentials and click on the INVITATION section at the bottom of the screen to view your VIP invitation.
Please know that your VIP invitation is not transferrable.
How do I change or cancel my reservation time?
Log into your Frieze account and select ‘Add guest / Change time’ under 'Your Fair Invitations' to go to the booking portal. Select ‘Change booking time’ and select 'Change' to select a new booking time. To cancel your reservation, select ‘Cancel’. All reservations are subject to availability.
The day or time I wish to attend is not available, is there a waitlist?
All entry time slot reservations are subject to availability, and we do not have a waitlist. We recommend checking regularly to see if your preferred time becomes available.
How do I request a return booking for another day?
Your VIP invitation will be valid for return visits, and these do not need to be pre-booked.
Where can I find the VIP Program?
The VIP program can be found in your Frieze account dashboard, under 'Your Fair Invitations' once you log in.
How do I share my Guest Invitation?
Your VIP Invitation admits you and a guest to Frieze Los Angeles 2023. Please click on your invitation (in Your Fair Invitations Section) and it will expand to reveal the option to share your guest invitation.
Please note, if you have already shared your guest invitation, re-allocating your guest invitation to someone else will invalidate an existing guest invitation. The existing guest invitation holder will receive an email confirming the invitation is no longer valid.

Accessibility
The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please visit the VIP Desk upon your arrival if you need further assistance.
Can I bring children?
If you are visiting the fair with children, please visit the VIP Desk upon your arrival. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Bag and Coat check
Large bags (including, but not limited to, suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or any large items bigger than 11 x 15 x 5 inches are not permitted inside the fairs. A coat check facility and bag drop will be available although space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you bring minimal personal belongings to the fair.

Onsite Restaurants
The fair will feature pop-ups from a selection of Los Angeles-based restaurants curated by acclaimed non-profit Regarding Her (RE:Her), participants include Ayara Thai, Bridgetown Roti, Clementine, Uli's Gelato, Gogo’s Tacos, Hotville Chicken, Monroe Place and more. The official catering partner for this year’s fair, RE:Her is a national organization driven by women restaurateurs with the goal to empower and advance women, women of color, indigenous women, and LGBTQ+ identifying women food and beverage entrepreneurs by way of innovative platforms that uplift the community, support businesses and advocate within the industry.
