Frieze Teens with Urs Fischer, 2015

The Frieze Teens program provides high school students with the opportunity to meet and collaborate with key players in the contemporary art world.

Ongoing until May 2018, Frieze Teens meet weekly for workshops and site visits, developing a comprehensive understanding of the myriad careers and current practice in the world of contemporary art. Frieze Teens form a peer community and work collaboratively to investigate and broaden their artistic perspectives.

Frieze Teens expand their verbal and written communication skills through a series of research and reflective projects. The ideal candidate for this program, is hardworking, curious, discerning, responsible and interested in a career in the arts. After months of professional development, Frieze Teens engage and lead personalized tours of the Frieze New York fair to visiting school groups.
